Ok te voy a decir cual es el problema!, si estas usando integra, ya sabes q es una IP Privada General, la misma IP usan todos los usuarios de Integra y esa pag. guarda las IP.
Ahora podes hacer esto, metete a Inicio>Abrir>cmd>pones ipconfig/all,>despues ipconfig/release, ipconfig/renew, ahora probas en las pag. y tenes q poder bajar. ok! :meitrics:
